Massage Therapy involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body to decrease muscle tension, improve circulation, and increase overall mobility.
Choose from Relaxation, Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, or Pregnancy Massage.
Chiropractic focuses on diagnosing, treating and preventing mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, including the spine and other joints. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation and other alternative treatments to align the body’s musculoskeletal structure, aiming to alleviate pain, improve function and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
