Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a hands-on, non-invasive approach to health that focuses on the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Through gentle, specific adjustments and manual therapies, treatment aims to restore proper movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

Chiropractors are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat conditions related to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, helping to relieve pain and support the body’s ability to heal itself. When joints are restricted or not moving well, it can lead to discomfort, tension, and decreased mobility. By improving alignment and function, chiropractic care helps the body move more efficiently and with less strain.

Treatment is always individualized and may include joint adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobility work, and guidance on posture and movement. Care is suitable for all ages, from infants to older adults, with techniques adapted to be gentle and appropriate for each stage of life. Chiropractors are trained to modify pressure, technique, and approach—using very low-force methods for babies and children—to support healthy development, movement, and overall comfort.

Chiropractic care may be helpful for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Back and neck pain

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Shoulder, hip, and joint pain

  • Muscle tension and sports injuries

  • Postural strain and workplace-related discomfort

  • Sciatica and nerve-related symptoms

  • Pregnancy-related discomfort

  • Pediatric concerns such as postural strain, feeding tension, or general movement support

Care focuses not only on relieving symptoms, but also on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of dysfunction—helping to restore balance, improve mobility, and support long-term health and function.
